INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES REGARDING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

    1. All information should be provided. However, fields marked with asterisk (*) are compulsory.
    2. In the name field, First name, Middle name and Surname must be entered in the respective boxes. For example: if full name is Rama Kumari Nepali,  then,
    First Name: Rama
    Middle Name: Kumari
    Surname: Nepali
    If there are two words in the applicant’s full name as “ Ramita Kushwaha”, then
    First Name: Ramita
    Middle Name:
    Surname: Kushwaha
    3. Telephone contact number of the applicant must be provided with STD/ISD code (in case of land line or cell phone)
    4. Date of birth and permanent address must match with the information mentioned in academic document or citizenship certificate.
    5. Applicant must mention one of the document as an identification certificate like Citizenship certificate. This document has to be presented during Entrance Examination if asked for.
    6. Applicant must upload recent passport sized digital photo with maximum 300 X 350 pixel or minimum 100 X 120 pixel (width by height). Please make sure that the orientation of the uploaded photograph is correct, if not, the application form will be invalid. image_format
    7. Applicant must upload maximum 150 KB or minimum 80 KB sized scanned or digital bank deposit voucher of NRs.1,500 (One Thousand and five hundred only) for all of the program collected at any branch of Himalayan Bank Limited, in Name of IOM Dean Office Current account number 00200555570014. The name of the candidate must be clearly mentioned in 'Deposited by' section of the Deposit slip. Candidate must fill the HBL branch name, transaction (voucher) no. (five digit or last five digit e.g., TT1614234345) and voucher date in the online application form.
    8. “DO NOT PRESS BACK OR REFRESH BUTTON OF BROWSER” for editing your information. The information provided in the application form is the sole responsibility of the applicant. Make sure that all information provided is true and correct before submission. There is no provision whatsoever for correction of the information in the form once submitted.
    9. Application other than online submissions will not be entertained. Multiple entries for the same program is strictly prohibited, hence one should be very careful while filling up the form. Applications with incomplete information or documentation will not be entertained.
    10. After submission, applicants can print their admit card, bring this admit card to the Exam Center. Reprint of the Admit Card after submission of the form, can be done any time by entering your name, date of birth and program in the "Print Admit Card" link.
