The international annual meeting was held on 8-9 June,2007 with an objective to develop research proposals. The research proposal development priority areas has been identified as:

1) HIV/AIDS related risk factors;focused on migration and drug dependency.
2) Impact studies related to conflict (insurgency) in Nepal and disaster (Natural) in Pakistan
